Dr. Akbary completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He continued his education with a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Medicine.
